On July 12 Harris will celebrate 2 events: our 138th anniversary and LAITY Sunday! We will worship together and then gather for a picnic style family lunch hosted by your lay leaders. No need to prepare anything – just come and have fun sharing food, conversation, songs and games as we gather as a church family. More information to follow in the June Nuu News!
We will recognize our graduates on Sunday, June 14 during 10:45 a.m. worship! Please let us know of upcoming graduates (including preschool; elementary, middle, and high school; college; and training programs). Please email photos and a brief bio about your graduate to Rene by June 5. We look forward to celebrating with you!!
This year’s rummage sale is Saturday, May 2 from 9-12.

All are invited Sunday mornings 9:00am – 10:00am starting February 22nd in Komuro Lounge. Amy-Jill Levine approaches the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5–7) in its Jewish setting, revealing Jesus as a Jewish moral teacher calling us into deeper compassion and everyday faithfulness.
Each week we will listen to a chapter session and share our reflections as we explore Jesus’s teachings as a practical, hopeful way of living as God intends. No homework: The book is optional and available on Amazon. Come whenever you can – everyone is welcome.
