Liza Ryan Gill is the Executive Director of the Hawaiʻi
Coalition for Immigration Rights. She is a community
advocate and political consultant. Researched/reviewed
literature on public trust building, democratization, and
indigenous methods of reconciliation. Produced two
papers on the causes of intrastate conflict in Southeast
Asia. With a professional background in coalition-building
and public policy, she brings a global perspective shaped
by living and working in over 25 countries.
